8. What is the application process?
Applicants will normally be required to attend either an assessment centre and/or an interview or interviews, depending on the role.
At the assessment centre they will be required to complete short exercises in teams and attend an interview.
Ask students to suggest what skills would be seen in the short exercises and which in the interview.
