2. Throughout this PowerPoint, there
will be blue text that indicates an action. In order
to move through this PowerPoint you will need to
click on the blue shapes associated with the action of the
blue text. However, some pages do not have actions, in
that case you will simply click the blue “NEXT” arrow.

3. planned courses, you first need to add
To run an audit with
planned courses, you first need to add
and build a plan. Once you have done that,
simply click on this button in your plan.

4. Wait a few moments and your audit will be ready!

5. Your PLANNED courses will show up in purple, your completed courses
in green, your in progress courses in blue, and unfulfilled courses (any requirements that have not been planned for, completed, or are not in progress) will show up in red.

6. Your planned courses
will show up in the semester you plan to take them, with a “PL” for the grade.
