There are 6 Dashboards. The top three are:
Work Order Backlog
Service Request
Maintenance Cost
The Work Order Backlog shows the active open work orders and are broken down by work orders open in the last 7 days and last 30 days.
The Service Request Dashboard shows how many Service Request are open that do not have work orders assigned.
The Maintenance Cost Dashboard shows all Maintenance Cost broken down by Material, Contract and Labor cost.
The bottom three are:
Downtime Reason
Equipment Failures
Preventative Maintenance Compliance
The Downtime Reason dashboard will show all downtime based on reason codes. Users can drill down to see by equipment the total amount of downtime and broken by reason why the equipment was down. The Equipment Failures dashboard will show what failures are occurring by each equipment record.
Finally, the Preventative Maintenance Compliance dashboard will show a comparison on PM work orders vs CM work orders. Maintenance Managers need to understand how effective the Preventative Maintenance program is working and the goal is to a higher PM ratio to Corrective Maintenance work orders.

To drill down into a particular op metric, just select that graph. In this example, we selected the Preventive Maintenance Compliance graph.

Its broken down by work order, split by two types which are Preventative and Corrective. We also included those that are marked as Planned and Unplanned. A majority of corrective work orders are unplanned maintenance. However, some preventative work could require a corrective work order to perform some other work; maybe even the use of an outside contractor. In this case, to properly capture planned and unplanned corrective work, this would be marked as planned work.

For each name such as PM, users can perform a right click to then choose different fields to break by. In this case, the user is selecting Equipment number. This will show all PM work orders broken by equipment.

Now the dashboard displayed is providing a breakdown of all PM work orders broken down by each equipment. Selecting any of these equipment records will then drill down even further in order to see the actual detail.

Because in the previous step we selected Equipment number “AC001”, the next drill down screen displays all the PM work orders for that equipment. From here, one can continue to drill down to the individual record.
