Sketch of an Embryo Corral dish loaded with 15 zygotes. Zygotes 1–4 are cultured individually, however, medium exchange is possible. Zygotes 5–8 are also cultured individually without the chance of mixing. The remaining seven fertilized oocytes were cultured in groups of different embryo density (9–12 and 13–15).
