2. Workshop Activity (exercises / groupwork)
Successfully complete an acceptable IMDS submission to their assigned OEM working in teams of 10. Each team will be broken down into supplier tiers 1-3 and a single raw material supplier. Workshop activity will require the following:
Tier 1 supplier will submit requests and receive data from their Tier 2 suppliers (2 sub-groups)
Tier 2 suppliers will submit requests and receive data from their Tier 3 supplier (1 sub-group)
Tier 1 supplier, Tier 2 suppliers and Tier 3 supplier will submit requests and receive data from the Raw Material suppliers (1 person from each team = total of 5 raw material suppliers submitting data to all of the 5 teams)
