IT IS THEN LOADED ONTO A 6 MAN SORTING LINE AND PASSES THROUGH A SCRAP METAL MAGNET

MATERIALS ARE SEGREGATED INTO SEPARATE TYPES: CARDBOARD PLASTICS WOOD HARDCORE METALS SOIL

PLASTICS, CARDBOARD, PAPER & PP BAGS ARE SEPERATELY LOADED INTO A BALER IT IS THEN BALED AND STORED READY FOR EXPORT

WOOD WASTE IS SHREDDED THEN TRANSPORTED TO WOOD MILLS WITHIN THE UK

HARDCORE (BRICKS, CONCRETE, TILES AND BLOCKS) IS CRUSHED AND REUSED WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

SOIL IS SCREENED AND PASSES THROUGH A MAGNET AND STORED READY FOR REUSE

ANY RESIDUAL UNRECYCLABLE WASTE IS SHREDDED THEN CONVEYORED ONTO A 2 MAN SORTING LINE, PASSES THROUGH ANOTHER MAGNET AND INTO A STORAGE BAY

BALED AND WRAPPED THEN LOADED FOR TRANSPORT TO THE NETHERLANDS

THE BALED WASTE IS DELIVERED TO AFVAL ENERGIE,BEDRIF, (A.E.B) AMSTERDAM AND USED AS FUEL TO POWER TURBINES WHICH IS CONVERTED INTO ELECTRICITY
