5. Brief description of the project:
The project has set up of a 100% Export oriented Jacquard Sweater Industry on own Project Land measuring decimal at Vill- Khoishar, UPA.-Daudpur, P.S.-Rupgonj, Dist: Narayangonj, for producing 20,00,000 pcs Jacquard/Plain Sweater (3, 5, 7 & 12GG) per year at 100% capacity utilization.
Bangladesh is a labor intensive country and the manufacturing cost is cheaper than other foreign countries like Japan, India, China, Korea, Europe, USA etc. The demand of exportable readymade garments is increasing day by day due to labor intensiveness and cheaper production cost.
The project is well equipped with most modern and sophisticated fully automatic computerized jacquard & intarsia system multi gauge flat knitting machinery from China along with other related machinery from Japan, Italy, South Korea etc. The project is also equipped with 02 sets of 550 KVA Diesel Generator of DAEWOO, 350 KVA Duel fuel Generator of “DAEWOO” origin for achieving uninterrupted production of the project.
The final product of the project is Jacquard/Designed & Plain Sweater (3, 5, 7 & 12 GG) which is being exported to abroad since it established in the year of 2015.

9. Fire safety :
Regular training is given to workers on how to prevent fire, by making them aware of the common sources of fire.
Regular maintenance of all electrical devices are carried out.
Certified fireman is always inspecting the premises round the clock for potential fire hazard.
The factory area is declared a no smoking area.
CO2, ABC powder, foam, etc. are strategically placed so that those are easily visible & accessible.
Every month regular given evacuation drill to workers.
