Most houses in rural Bangladesh don’t have electricity. So when children do their homework in the evening they often use Kerosene lamps. The lamps are dirty, smelly, and bad for your eyes.

6. Many students were getting bad results or dropping out of school because they couldn’t do their homework in the dark.
Education is very important for getting out of poverty. So those who had to leave school were very disadvantaged.
