2 The BAC, through the Secretariat , shall post, within three (3) calendar days from its issuance, the Notice of Award in the PhilGEPS, the website of the procuring entity, if any, and any conspicuous place in the premises of the procuring entity (Sec ) @engrjhez

3 Can be created for bid notices with “Closed” status
Allows posting of award on a per line item basis Observes real-time posting @engrjhez

5 Remember: In creating the Award Notice, follow these steps:
Check Document Request List (DRL); Create Bidder’s List; (you may need to add at least 1-line item) Complete the Award Creation Click Save NOTE: “Save” only creates the Award Notice. You still have to “Post”. @engrjhez

11 Select the supplier/s who submitted a bid

14 Posting Award Notice NOTE: Clicking the “SAVE” button only creates the notice. It still has to be posted. There is a need to Edit the notice first before Award may be posted: Select the appropriate UNSPSC; “Upload” and “Accept” Relevant Documents (BAC Resolution and Notice of Award); Click Post Award @engrjhez
