Group Project: Diagnostic/Consulting Project
This is essentially a mini-consulting project. You are asked to: Identify an organizational behavior (OB) problem (an OB problem is one that has something to do with how people think, feel, act in organizations. Traditional topics are things like motivation, leadership, personality, decision making, etc—see your syllabus). Explain why you think the problem is an important one to consider. Tell me how you hope to investigate the problem—what method(s) will you use (e.g.,, participant observation, interviews, a mini-survey, etc.) After investigating the problem, tell me what you learned and how it helps you address the original problem.

Use a review of the literature as the primary investigate method. Having reviewed the literature on the topic, tell me what you learned, and how it addresses the question you are in pursuit of.
