During school in the learning lab (Computer Lab)
DTES tutoring
5 In-club hours:
Anything the secretaries send in an
5 Mixed Hours:
Tutoring, in-club, or approved out of club
5 Learning Lab Hours OR 5 more Mixed Hours:
Be either helping a teacher or tutoring someone during Study Hall
Mixed Hours are if you do not have study hall

4. Committee Events
You are required to earn a group point by participating in one committee event
Basket Bingo
Color Run
Sign up through google form by Monday December 19
We are also looking for committee leaders. This is a great leadership opportunity. If you are interested please see us right after the meeting.

5. Tutoring Before you Tutor:
Fill out the tutoring preference sheet sent by the VPs
Due: December 19th
Attend the tutoring seminar
On: January 18th

6. Tutoring Seminar Mandatory to attend
Will help you learn the process for accepting tutoring requests and how to tutor
January 18th, before and after school

7. Learning Lab This is during your study hall in the Computer Lab
You would be helping a teacher with administrative work or tutoring a student
SignUps are through a google Calendar. This will be explained at the tutoring seminar
You need a total of 5 hours spent in the Learning Lab for 2nd Semester Hours or 5 mixed if you do not have a study hall.
If you do not have a study hall, please your admin leader

1st Semester Hours Due (Seniors Only): January 19th
2nd Semester Hours Due (All): May 26th

11. Senior Reminders
Hours are due January 19th: 5 tutoring, 5 in-club, 5 out of club, 5 summer
Don’t forget about the NHS scholarships! Winter break is a great time to complete them.
Second Semester Change:
5 hours of Learning Lab help OR 5 more mixed hours
You must have 5 hours spent in the learning lab during your study hall or early release
If you do not have a study hall or early release you can go during, please your admin leader.
