Centralize data currently stored in six different places and in multiple formats Connect regulatory data with licensing data for ease of reporting and more accountability Save inspectors driving time, processing time, and filing time Provide a more professional and efficient service to licensees

Lessons Learned Involve end users much earlier in test phase
Involve mid level management through out all phases of project Produce simple inspections first rather than most difficult first Familiarize management with hardware specifications prior to purchase
