18. Wrenches are available in Metric Sizes and 6 or 12 point.
A six point wrench has more contact with the fastener so is less likely to cause damage.

22. Sockets are driven by a square drive which fits into a matching recess on the rear of the socket.
This is s drive usually attached to a ratchet, but can be at the end of a straight bar or speed wrench
Sockets are categorized by the size of the drive. For automotive use these sizes are usually
¼”, 3/8” ½”,and ¾”
