Isaiah 44:28 (Amplified Bible)
                  28 Who says of Cyrus, He is My shepherd (ruler), and he shall perform all My pleasure and fulfil all My purpose--even saying of Jerusalem, She shall [again] be built, and of the temple, Your foundation shall [again] be laid.
   
Isaiah 45:1-6 
1 Thus says the Lord to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held to subdue nations before him, and I will unarm and un-gird the loins of kings to open doors before him, so that gates will not be shut.
    2 I will go before you and level the mountains [to make the crooked places straight]; I will break in pieces the doors of bronze and cut asunder the bars of iron.
    3 And I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that it is I, the Lord, the God of Israel, Who calls you by your name.
    4 For the sake of Jacob My servant, and of Israel My chosen, I have called you by your name. I have surnamed you, though you have not known Me.
    5 I am the Lord, and there is no one else; there is no God besides Me. I will gird and arm you, though you have not known Me,
    6 That men may know from the east and the rising of the sun and from the west and the setting of the sun that there is no God besides Me. I am the Lord, and no one else [is He].
   
13 I will raise [Cyrus] up in righteousness [willing in every way that which is right and proper], and I will direct all his ways; he will build My city, and he will let My captives go, not for hire or for a bribe, says the Lord of hosts.

Military Force captures a Continent but does not Conquer a People
Subduing via Church—Hearts Captured by Gospel
Righteousness when imposed by legislation alone= External conformity based in fear.
Heart captured- releases benefits of Kingdom propels us to go preach

If God had not Anointed –If Cyrus had not Advanced-then “Exiles” not returned-Israel not restored-Prophecy remains unfulfilled.
A General Anointing – A Specific Anointing
We must all constantly function in general anointing
We must also- be alert –God Unlocks – God gives Utterance
Those who live in “Momentum” of Lk 4:18-More likely to See & Seize specific opportunity.
