Homemade leek & potato soup served with homemade bread (v) Homemade brie wedges served with cranberry sauce (v) Homemade chicken liver pate Main Courses: Hand carved roast beef Hand carved three bird roast wrapped in streaky bacon Pan-roasted cod with asparagus, smashed avocado and a Cajun sauce Roast Glamorgan crumble (v) All main courses will be served with a homemade Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, garden peas, honey & thyme roasted carrots, Savoy cabbage, creamed mashed potato with sautéed leeks, pureed swede and pan fried sprouts cooked with smoked bacon Served with a rich homemade gravy. Desserts: Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce Homemade chocolate orange cheesecake served with cream Chantilly lemon tart served with vanilla ice cream
