The Goal That our audience will actively respond in respectful and meaningful ways in their personal and professional lives. 4 There is no one way to respond
K5.1 Each person’s response will be different depending on their position, location, influence and interests personally and professionally. When done well, each response, no matter how small or how large, is significant and contributes to addressing the wound in our nation. For example: • How you talk with your children and family will shape their ideas. • How you include ATSI perspective in the curriculum and assessment will indicate how much you value it. • How you respond in the workplace in HR or policies will come from your values. Changes of attitudes and behaviours can be simple and subtle and these are just as important as policy changes.
