1. 2018-2019 Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures
The following information is provided to help you with morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up procedures for Castroville Elementary.

2. Morning Drop-off Procedures
Morning drop-off begins at 7:15 located at the Gym.
Staff will be on duty to help your child get to the correct location.
Both directions of Houston Street may be utilized in the morning.
No students should be dropped of at the Main Entrance of the school.
Parents may park and walk their child to the front entrance beginning at 7:30, but will be required to obtain a visitors badge upon entering the school.
The Gym location will close at 7:50 were upon students will be marked tardy.

3. Afternoon Pick-up Procedures
Dismissal will begin at 3:10.
Pre-Kinder/Headstart students and their siblings will be picked-up in the front of the school.
Kinder-5th grade students will be picked-up in the Gym.
Place the colored car tag in the front window for staff to see.
Please be patient during dismissal and do not park, walk-up, and ask for your child during this time as loading cars will be the priority.
Pick-up by the Gym should follow the map that follows as law enforcement will be monitoring during this time.

4. Back Pick-up Route
Please take Mexico Street to Washington Street. Turn onto Constantinople Street and take to the Gym. Please do not Utilize Houston Street traveling West. You may travel East. Thank you X
