Figure 1 ECGs of patients following the first administration of sofosbuvir and daclatasvir associated with amiodarone. The right side of the figure present patients’ heart rates (bpm) at timepoints after sofosbuvir and daclatasvir intake. Scrolling speed was 12.5 mm/s for ECG A and B and was 25 mm/s for ECG C–I. Patient1. (i) ECG recorded during the cardiac arrest, showing cardiac asystole. (ii) Heart rate increased after adrenaline injection and then progressively returned to normal within 5 days (iii–v). Patient 2. (vi) ECG recorded after patient’s syncope (day 1) and (vii) during the rechallenge on day 13 with sofosbuvir and daclatasvir showing sinus node dysfunction. Heart rhythm returned to normal within 5 days after the last sofosbuvir and daclatasvir intake (viii–ix). Gastroenterology , e1DOI: ( /j.gastro ) Copyright © 2015 AGA Institute Terms and Conditions
