Use the keyboard shortcut, Ctrl+J

5. Step 4 Use a keyboard shortcut for this, Ctrl+I
Changing light and dark areas.

6. Step 5
Change the blend mode for this layer from "Normal" to "Color Dodge".
It will be temporarily be white.

7. Step 6
Go to Filter, down to Blur , moves over to the Gaussian Blur .

8. Step 6(Cont.)
Move the Arrow at the bottom of the screen.
