Security
It shall not compromise security of the external network when a terminal access service from a WLAN

It shall be possible to apply consistent policy in the WLAN for MT according to its subscription at home network
QoS
It shall be possible to provide consistent QoS support in the WLAN
It shall be possible to map and enforce QoS requirements from external network to WLAN access technology
The QoS provided shall comply with MT’s subscription at home network
