The specialising physicians are responsible for finding a post for training by themselves

Structured
Logical
Starting from primary health care,
Then to surgery of gyn&Ob outside of university hospital, with basic training
University Training 2-3 yrs

4. Including
”First line manager training” (30 ECTSs), training for practical leadership and management
Should also include
Research
Scientific writing

5. Theoretical training Now: 80 hours of theoretical courses
National specialist exam (6 hours)
Should be:
Structured courses (now partly organized by the Finnish Gyn Society)
Yearly exams, arranged by the University responsible for the trainee
