Begin with empty machine. Clean off any slurry that may be on the bearing surfaces

2. Bring roller into system. Try to align the motor-side bearing with the slot (2) as much as possible.

4. 3. Gently lower roller into position
3. Gently lower roller into position. Confirm that the motor-side bearing is properly placed within its slot

4. Install top half of shaft coupling. Tighten all four screws with an Allen wrench. Torque specifications will be provided at a later date.

5. Install top half bearing housing on both sides of the machine. Tighten all four bolts with an Allen wrench. Torque specifications will be provided at a later date.

6. Slide covers into place, ensuring the entire bearing housing is covered. These may look different in the future, but will serve the same purpose.
