1. Lothian Young Enterprise Christmas Market

2. When is it? Saturday 1st December 2018
Where is it being held? Central Halls 2 West Tollcross Edinburgh
What are the opening times? 10am – 3pm
Parking restrictions. Very limited parking near to the venue
Access time to set up stall is 9am.
Stall layout diagram will be available on the Lothian website prior to the event.

3. Entry form to be sent in by 16th November.
There is an entry fee per stall of £15.
If you do not turn up on the day, then an invoice will be sent for payment.
Design the Christmas Market Poster competition.
Deadline date for poster entry is 19th October.
Decision date of the winning team to be 1st November.

4. Marketing of the event is YOUR responsibility.
Lothian Area have arranged adverts to be in Canalside & South District magazines.
Will be advertised via Forth FM Radio.
Posters will be handed to local shops prior to the event.
Banners and “A” frame will be available outside the venue.

5. Judging of 3 categories – Best Sales and Marketing, Best Display Stand and Best Product will be done on the day.
Scoring will be out of 100 for each category.
Photographs and videos will be taken during the day for the Lothian website.
Judging results to be announced at 2.30pm.
