How to Login All principals should have access to EProve Diagnostics. Trouble logging in? Call the JCPS Planning Department (502)

How to Add Users Step 1. To add new users, click on the 3 lines in the upper left corner Step 2. Click on Manage Users

How to Add Users Step 3. Click on ‘Add User’
Step 4. Complete the ‘Add User’ Information box and hit ‘submit.’ An administrator has access to grant user rights, assign diagnostics and control user access to the diagnostics (view, edit, delete, lock diagnostics, open diagnostics, etc…). Limiting administrator access per district/school is recommended. Users can have access to either view or edit diagnostics at the district and/or school level.

Adding and accessing the diagnostic
Step 1. To add a diagnostic, click on the 3 lines in the upper left corner Step 2. Click on Content Library

Step 3. Click on the Kentucky Department of Education tab Step 4. You will see the Phase One: Continuous Improvement Diagnostic. Click on the vertical ellipses (3 dots) to start the diagnostic.

Step 5. Rename your diagnostic by adding your school name and the date of (TIP: RENAME your old Continuous Improvement diagnostic to to reduce confusion). Administrators can Add Access by entering names in the access tab. Click “Open Diagnostic” to begin

Continuous Improvement Diagnostic
This Diagnostic contains 2 open-ended questions. Attachments are optional. It is recommended you complete the Word Document and copy and paste in to Eprove when you are ready to submit the Diagnostic. The purpose of this diagnostic is to encourage thoughtful reflection of a school's current processes, practices and conditions in order to leverage its strengths and identify critical needs.

Continuous Improvement Diagnostic Questions 2018-2019
Part I: 1. Using the results of perception surveys (e.g., TELLKY, eProve™ surveys*) from various stakeholder groups, identify the processes, practice and conditions the school will address for improvement. Provide a rationale for why the area(s) should be addressed. Part II: 2. How will the school engage a variety of stakeholders in the development of a process that is truly ongoing and continuous? Include information on how stakeholders will be selected and informed of their role, how meetings will be scheduled to accommodate them and how the process will be implemented and monitored for effectiveness. TIPS for completion of this diagnostic Review last year’s Continuous Improvement Diagnostic and amend narrative (will have to copy and paste into EProve system) Connect to analyses your school has conducted already, particularly around the Comprehensive School Surveys June End of Year Principal Meeting Racial Equity Plan/Equity Scorecard Use work/artifacts completed from Instructional Systems Work – in particular, System 2: Effective Use of Data (culture and climate data) and System 5: Academic and Behavioral supports (Stakeholder engagement piece)

How to Submit Unlike the past, there is NO submit button.
Click on the 3 lines and “My Diagnostics” to check status of your reports. If every question from the report is answered, EProve will change the status to a check mark.
