Processes first, then tasks If a task is done more than twice, document it! “Road test” every procedure Support from the top is vital to program survival Documents can also be used a micro learning tools Benefits Achieved Doing it ourselves saves time and reduces spend on vendors Team members empowered by having a say in how things are done Program buy-in has been exceptional! Teams only get the SOPs, Job Aids & Checklists they need when they need them Always using the most current revision Participating in writing SOPs, Job Aids & Checklists has improved writing skills $ per year for a business plan = = per year per user!
