Uniconform®: what is it?
New Continuous Filament Mat (CFM): first launched on the European market (2006), is finally now available also in NA and AP, as part of OCV Reinforcement product offering.
Made of Advantex® glass (combining the electrical & mechanical properties of traditional E-glass with the acid corrosion resistance of E-CR glass)
100% glass (no chemical binder, no stitching yarns, no synthetic core)
Mechanically bond together
Designed for closed molding (RTM, injection molding, compression molding, infusion)
Compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinylester and epoxy resins.

Conformable material, good translucency and thermal resistance.
Medium surface aspect due to needle pattern.
Low Loose fibers.
