1. Multi-storeyed Car Parking-cum- Commercial Complex at Nehru Place, New Delhi
PROJECT DETAILS :
This multistoreyed car parking and centrally airconditioned commercial-cum-office complex is being constructed at Nehru Place near International Trade Tower.
The project comprises a 7-storeyed car park with a capacity to accommodate 1000 cars divided into about 150 cars per level, bus parking area at ground level to accommodate 50 buses and an 18-storeyed centrally airconditioned contemporary tower block with show rooms on the ground level and offices at upper floors. One basement has been provided to accommodate parking and plant rooms for services. The parking and commercial areas have been fully segregated from circulation point of view. The tower block and parking block are connected by pedestrian bridges.
The tower block has been designed to project a contemporary image of a strong identity and a striking feature attracting attention. Curtain glass wall has been used in the north and south sides and the east and west sides have a more solid character.
The total floor area of the complex including the basements is 60,550 sq.m.
