FEAR OF FAILURE/ANXIETY/STRESS PEER/PARENTAL PRESSURE INADEQUATE PREPARATION THE PROBLEM- WE THE MIEE’S WERE APPROACHED BY STUDENTS WHO ELABORATED ON ISSUES WHICH COULD BE SUMMARISED AS: STUDENTS ARE FACING A LOT OF STRESS IN THE CLASSROOMS TO ACHIEVE HIGH GRADES OR MARKS IN BOARD EXAMS AVAILABILITY OF TEACHERS IN CLASSROOMS iS REGIMENTED AS PER THE STRUCTURED TIME TABLE STUDENTS WANT HELP IN STUDIES AS PER THEIR CONVENIENCE, POST SCHOOL HOURS STUDENTS DO NOT WISH TO LIMIT THEIR RESOURCES TO THEIR OWN SCHOOLS OR OWN COUNTRY

1) Project topic discussion & Finalized – 2nd Jan 2017 2) Project Title Suggestions & Confirmed - 3) Logo Design suggestions - 4) Algorithm -Steps decided for execution 5) Survey & Analysis - Microsoft forms designed on 3rd Jan 6) Skype collaboration - 4th Jan 7) Logo designs and Website title finalized 8) Data sharing & collaboration through Microsoft OneNote - 2nd Jan onwards 9) Subject Experts Collaboration -Whatsapp Group 10) Website designing started - 6th January 11) Website completed on 12th Jan 12) Data summary And analysis from survey form 13) Outlook Contact Group for Students who gave positive response for online counselling & group mail announcing the Site #Help24X7-Edubuddies release. 14) App creation process initiated on 15th. 15) Through consecutive Collaborative Skype sessions shortlisted the entire process of meetings, planning, screenshot, designing, skype sessions, WhatsApp conversation and collaboration by creating a Sway 16) Success Ratio, feedbacks Recorded to Shared Onenote. 17) A collaborative Office Mix with all Project Title & Details following the Criteria of Evaluation to be done. 18) Panel area for MIEE Marketplace design discussion through Skype. 19) Posters banners, states connecting together to form education community benefiting students. 20) International Skype Counselling to Grade X students 21) Collection of Evidences from Whatsapp Groups, FB Groups, Outlook mails, Skype Collaborations, Yammer Group posts, MEC Skype collaboration screenshots, Video & Audio Evidences, Feedbacks of students from Website & FB group. Feedbacks from Educators who were involved in the project as Subject Experts, etc
