6. Second Language Acquisition
ELL Students participate in language acquisition activities.
Facilities for ELL and ESL learners are imperative to the framework of an alternative campus like BLA. Here, we assist students with developing the language skills necessary for involvement in a bilingual community.

With a 2:1 student/computer ratio, and 6 stocked computer labs, BLA boasts BISD’s largest computer network, allowing students a wide range of technological assistance to achieve their educational goals.
