1. WEST BRISBANE PANTHERS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
West Brisbane Panthers RLC would like to introduce a development program that will incorporate all of our affiliate Western Corridor clubs such as West Mitchelton RLFC, West Juniors, and West Arana Hills RLFC.
The aim of the development program is to assist coaches and junior players with further education so they can in turn provide quality coaching and information and to our affiliate clubs and provide our juniors with the best possible rugby league experience.
West Brisbane Panthers will provide, oversee and operate the development program with the support of the affiliate clubs from the western corridor. The structure of this program will be outlined below:

2. WEST BRISBANE PANTHERS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Junior Development Program
Coaching Staff – Wayne Weekes, Sam Collins and other full time development and education staff. Other assisting coaching staff will be taken from affiliate clubs upon application.
Concept – Development sessions to be hosted by Mitchelton JRLC at Mitchelton. Sessions will be scheduled one week per month. Monday under 13/14 and Wednesday Under 15/16 for a 6pm start. Sessions will be 90 minutes in duration. Our program will be all inclusive, Players will not be selected for inclusion, players will apply to participate as this is an inclusive development environment.(please fill out for below)
Teams will be selected in the later part of the season to play in either the Broncos Encouragement Cup (Monday) or Broncos Development Cup (Tuesday) in the first week of September school holidays. The teams selected will train twice a week once regular club season has finalised to lead into this tournament.

May – Monday 21st for under 13/14, Wednesday 23rd for under 15/16
June – Monday 18th for under 13/14, Wednesday 20th for under 15/16
July – Monday 23rd for under 13/14, Wednesday 25th for under 15/16
August – Monday 20th for under 13/14, Wednesday 22nd for under 15/16
September – Monday 3rd for all age groups, Wednesday 5th for all age groups, Monday 10th for all age groups, Wednesday 12th for all age groups
September 17th and 18th – Encouragement and Development Cup tournaments, TBC
