Why are we evaluating?
A way for us to get better
We will be using your feedback to make improvements to the content we deliver and the way we deliver training, enabling you to apply learning on the job, and helping you to do your job better.
Simply put, we’re collecting better data so we can make better decisions
This includes the candid and constructive feedback that you provide.
The feedback you provide will be aggregated with other data and used to improve the quality of the training we offer. It will not be used in the individual performance review processes.

Investments in learning can be lost if there is insufficient support both before and after training to ensure successful transfer and application of new skills

Meet with your employees before and after they attend training.
Encourage the learners to complete the surveys they receive and to provide candid feedback – they will be receiving an invitation immediately following class.
