Theory/ practice Course design – Goals and objectives (Project management in the Arts) This course introduces the principles of planning, organizing and implementing programs and activities in performing arts projects. It enables students to gain understanding and skills in the process involved in overall management of the multimedia projects. Key components include: project development, team building and networking.
