Communicating with Girls and Parents
You can’t help your girls with inventory management if you don’t know what they have! Girls and parents must give weekly inventory updates to the troop. Money must be turned in weekly. Limit the amount of cookies given to one girl at one time. Do not check out more than 120 unpaid packages to a girl unless it is for a booth or the girl has a proven track record. Troops can not report more then 120 packages as parent delinquent.
