Select the ones you’d like to be funded by SSIF: those that will address your priority of diminishing the gap for the targeted disadvantaged pupils Identify your staff training needs: leaders, teachers, TAs Identify when the training will take place before August Create robust, fit for purpose action plan

Schedule: PM Action plan
Maximise your £3,000 budget for interventions! Which interventions will you trial? When will you run training in your school and/or staff attend training? Predominantly summer term 2018 – ready for delivery in classrooms from June 2018 (must do reading age test first!) Allocate cover costs for staff attending or disseminating training: up to £1,500 (£200per day, £100 half day) Please use example on Action Plan to present your plans clearly

Funding will be released to schools upon receipt of robust, fit for purpose action plan and signed Memorandum of Understanding (March-April 2018) Total cost of interventions - up to £3,000 Cover costs released September up to £1,500 (Funding to work with SLEs in autumn term released January up to £1,500)
