Sarek National Park in Sweden is one of the oldest and almost known parks in Europe. There are six of Sweden’s thirteen peaks located whitin the park’s bannadries. Due to it’s difficult access and no marked trails, tourists are advised to accompany a guide The best time to visit park is summer [July and August]. Melting snow and heavy rainfall make the park iraceessible in autumn and winter.

The L.Wyczółkowski Cisy Staropolskie Reserve is the oldest nature reserve in Poland and the second in Europe. It is located on the south- east of Bory Tucholskie,by the lake Mukrzeńskie. Orginally the reserve covered on area of 85,75 hectares.
