1 OBJECTIVES We will apply health knowledge and skills to the development and analysis of personal goals to achieve and maintain long-term health and wellness. I will be able to identify 11 major muscle groups of the human body. I will be able to identify if I’m in my target heart rate while participating in a variety of physical activities.
