2. ZXP3 Printer Drivers Installation
Please select the driver’s version DZ31CG for printing the EPIC and AADHAAR Cards. Once you double click on the driver’s exe the below box will appear.

3. Please select the Next button the below Dialog box will come
In this dialog box please select the USB Driver option. After that the below dialog box will come select OK Button

4. The below dialog box will appear select YES Button

5. After Select the YES button the below dialog box will come
After Select the YES button the below dialog box will come. Select the NEXT button

6. After select the Next button the below Dialog box will come
After select the Next button the below Dialog box will come. Here also select the NEXT button

7. After select the Next button the below Dialog box will come, Then wait till the process completes.

8. After complete the process the below dialog box will come here we need to select Install button
After click the Install button, The below process will come. We need to wait till complete the process.

9. After complete the process the below dialog box will come
After complete the process the below dialog box will come. In the dialog box will show the drivers installed path. Here click the Next button for the next process.

10. After click the Next button the below dialog box will come here we need to click the Finish Button means the Installation process is completed.

11. Drivers Setting for Aadhaar Project
After completion of the installation Switch on the printer and connect the USB cable to PC.
New hardware will found and install the drivers automatically.
If the drivers are not installed then we need to give the path to install the drivers properly.
The path is C:\Program Files\Zebra Technologies Corporation\Zebra ZXP S3 and S1 card Printers
After complete the drivers installation go to the below path and do the settings
Go to control Panel/Printers & Fax’s/Select the ZXP3 USB Card printer/right click on ZXP3 printer driver and select Printer properties
If the printer is not having the firmware We need to update the same.

12. After update the firmware Need to Execute the below command for the first time installation
Go to control Panel/Printers & Fax’s/Select the ZXP3 USB Card printer/right click on ZXP3 printer driver and select Printer properties/Select the device settings tab/Tools.
+PRF for stop the preload card.
+RIBSAV 1 – for stop the precallibration.
Fhalf – This command is for Aadhaar card photo starting point.
SDATA – to save the command in Main Board

13. Below pop up message will show in the PC screen and select OK to continue the settings (The Pop up message will show which ribbon is loaded in the printer)

14. Apply the same settings in Advanced as well as in General tab

15. How to insert the Aadhaar card in the Printer
