I received my Master’s in Music Education from Boston University’s College of Fine and Performing Arts and have been teaching K-12 Music for 13 years. “You want to be a what? Scrum… Master?” I am actively seeking a position as a Scrum Master in the Informational Technology Field. I will be sitting for my Certified Scrum Master Certification within the next month and am enthusiastically looking to make this career transition as soon as possible. Facts: I re-invent all wheels, I am bold and take risks and I believe that creativity and innovation go hand and hand. My creativity is not limited to the Arts! About the Presenter

Why is the Agile mindset the PERFECT fit for Music Education?
Program buy in from the team and stakeholders= enthusiasm, retention and growth Change doesn’t have to be fast! Slow down the process and reap BIG results! We are seeing faster results, thought the front end of process was slow

Why does being a “creative” imply that I only have to focus on artistic things?
Creativity: Thinking outside of the box to innovate and bring about change. Cultural change.
