Press Menu button on your remote 2

Select the option for SETUP 3

4. STEP 3
Select the option for STB Info 4

5. STEP 4
Press OK button
(All TRANSPONDERS will be displayed) 5

6. STEP 5
Press RED button on remote to enter Setup 6

7. STEP 6
Select and press OK for the option of Home Transponder 7

8. Transponders with their corresponding Signal Strength will be displayed
Signal Strength and quality should be more than 50% on each transponder.
If it is less than 50%, then check the Signal wire behind the STB.
If not connected properly, then re-connect the same.
Check if it is raining in your area.
If Yes, then kindly wait till rain gets over.
