Status of CMGC TC is engaged in Phase 2 performing construction management and general contractor activities CM on-site staff includes Sr. PM, PM, Safety Rep., Proj. Eng., superintendent (2), safety coordinator, scheduler, etc Prepared and submitted Draft Baseline Schedule Manage and direct construction activities for site work and underground utilities Conducted subcontractor orientation and safety training Received bids on Groups 3 and 4 Coordinated weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings LCLS / TCCo Executive Meeting - weekly

Summary Good Progress on all fronts since last FAC.
CF staff has been strengthened to ensure adequate experience is integrated in all requirements Continue to Value Engineer Interface with SLAC, Tech. Systems, CM/GC Support TCCo and Construction to prevent delays – keep to the schedule. Complete Development of tools for CF Staff Team is in place to safely construct the LCLS!
