2. 5.2 Documents Uploading Documents in V360
Single or multiple documents can be uploaded to the following objects using V360:
Records
Inspection Results
SPEAR form
Reference Parcels

3. 5.2 Documents Downloading Documents in V360
There are a few steps required to download and view documents in V360.
The number of steps is required because all documents are stored on a separate document server.
This process may work differently for those jurisdictions who have their own document storage solution, such as Laser Fiche, that is integrated with the Accela software.

4. 5.2 Documents Document Permissions
Documents that are associated to records can be visible to the public using ACA.
Permissions can be set to limit who can download documents associated to records.
