Gives Overall rating to theAssessee after discussion / work flow Objective Setup Appraisee Gets an and Sets up Job Objectives On-line Appraiser Discuss review And freeze Job Objectives / work flow On-Line Management Review Unit Head Review Review of overall Rating of M4 and above Unit Review Committee Unit Assessees based on Normal Distribution of Ratings Central Review Committee Central level Assessees based on CEO Review Senior Management Final Management Approval CEO/HR Head gets an with Ratings of all Committees. He can either accept or send Back for review to the committee.

HR Control Entire Appraisal process driven by definable start and close dates Start and close dates are definable for setting up job objectives ,Self appraisal , Appraisal. Automated mails go with definable Mail matter before the start dates of a particular process The full process is under administrative control of the HR managers They can send customized mails to all Appraisee/Appraisers or any section of them for a particular unit/department They can view the number of Appraisals completed or pending for a particular unit/department Define/Setup the people who would covered under the Mid Term/Annual Appraisal Process. Viewing of Appraisals by the employee can be controlled

Process Locks All processes of Self Appraisal System including setting up Job objectives , Self Appraisal , Appraiser Appraisal are controlled by an Electronic Submit Lock Once the Electronic Submit Lock is pressed by the Appraise he cannot do anything with his appraisal Electronic Submit Lock is enabled only when the entire Self Appraisal process is complete. The HR department has administrative rights to unlock a submit lock if required

Interface with Excel The entire system has seamless interface with Microsoft Excel There is provision to import data from Excel and almost all reports can be exported in Excel

Company Logo ABCD Ltd Employee sets up his Job Objectives and Target Dates for same He can set up N no of Objectives with a optional Target date The Job Objectives are frozen by his Appraiser and are open till than He can mail the Job objectives to his Appraiser , Export to an Excel file or Print. As soon as the employee sets up all his Job objectives an e-mail goes to his Appraiser .

Guidelines for Self Appraisal Performance Personal and Managerial Attributes Development Needs Job Objectives are as per freezed and cannot be changed He feeds his Self Assessment remarks Employees above Level ‘X” feed their self assessment rating driectly. Other Employees have to rate themselves through a Self Appraisal Template

He has to respond to a minimum of X statements
The Self Appraisal Template for each Job Objective has 10 Statements and 6 possible responses against each statement The Appraise has to tick one response against each statement and his marked 5,4,3,2,1,0 against I ,II,III,IV,V,VI respectively He has to respond to a minimum of X statements His rating for the Job Objective is automatically calculated as the average of the above responses.

Appraiser’s Assesment

ABCD Ltd Company Logo The Appraiser sees all the Assesses under him and the status of their Self Assessment locked or not. He can open and view any locked Self Assessment form of any employee for whom he is an Appraiser.

ABCD Ltd Company Logo The Appraiser views the Self Assessment given by the Employee and discussed the same with him across the table. He provides his rating against each Job objective as well as against each attribute. He can also View the Mid Term Review of the Employee.

The System generated an automatic Assessor Rating based on the weighted average of individual objective and attribute rating He has an option of changing the System generated rating and give his own rating

Unit Head and Management /HR Committee Review

ABCD Ltd Company Logo The System has an option of defining multiple management review committees at each Unit level or at the central/HO management level. Multiple members can be setup as a part of the committees and their own reviews can be hidden in their presence

ABCD Ltd Company Logo The Management committee can view all employees under it , their grade , SBU , unit , service years , age , last promotion and last 3 or 5 years ratings It also views the System generated rating of the employee and the Appraiser’s actual rating. It can view the entire Appraisal –Self and Appraisers appraisal , as well as Mid term review of any employee. It can view various Rating Distribution reports – agewise , unitwise , SBU wise , department wise or overall. Based on Distribution reports to be as near as Normal it gives the final Management committee rating

ABCD Ltd The various distribution reports give the distribution of Ratings for the employees under that committee based on selected parameter –Age, Unit , Department ,Overall. It also gives the Normal defined Rating Distribution. The report can be generated for the Assessor rating or the Committee rating.

He can also view the actual Appraisal of each employee and the various Rating Distribution reports. He can Accept the Appraisal system or send the same back to the committee for reconsideration. If he accepts the same the Appraisal system of that committee closes. The Appraisal System of the organization closes with the CEO closing all committees

The revised salary parameters are calculated by the system and data is exported to the Payroll System
