5 1- Introduction It is clear to all that there is a rapid development worldwide in all fields specially in the IT branch. The internet has become an essential factor for a successful educational process. The success of network communication between students and faculty members was achieved by using this technology.

6 This type of communication is known as learning-based web.
1- Introduction This type of communication is known as learning-based web. Web 2.0 is considered as a tool of learning-based web. Web 2.0 Characterized by connectivity and flexibility. The applications of web 2.0 are widely used such as Wiki, Blogs, Facebook and Wikipedia. The use of such applications has its very effective impact on students and faculty members. For this reason it was very important to apply this tool in the educational process.

7 1- Introduction The education is conducted by the faculty members.
social work education is a branch of education that has to perform field training. As per my experience in this field I found that field training by using discussion forums and training lists, are no longer attract attention . As a result, it was a necessity to conduct this study in order to explain the real situation of the faculty members using to Web 2.0 applications in health care training institutes and its employment in training then having a clear vision of this study about these applications and identifying difficulties impeding the use of them.

9 3-Methods The study aimed to identify:
1. If Web 2.0 applications is being used by the faculty members at health care institutions' Field training or not. 2. The Difficulties facing the faculty members in using web 2.0 applications at Health care institutions' field training. Tools: 1.This research is considered an analytical descriptive study. 2.The researcher used a questionnaire to collect information about the topic, By using Google Drive in design questionnaire and send it faculty member to their e – mail and also by three using WhatsApp.

10 4- Sample The study tool was applied to all the faculty members working in colleges at Saudi universities that have social work departments. The supervisors of 47 health-care institutions. The study was conducted from 7-January-2018 to 7-March-2018 during this time the study data was collected.

13 Discussion of Results This may be due to: Easy to use.
Use of web 2.0 Applications by faculty members in training in health care institutions The most used is Wikipedia This may be due to: Easy to use. Access of information is quick It contains more than 6.8 million articles from all languages (al-Abbasi . Et al, 2009) Flickr is the least use This may be due to: Weak use of images in field training Confirmation on the need to use the principle of confidentiality for the social work (Maha & Halima study . Et al, 2017)

The most common Difficulties are:The increasing studying hours weekly. This may be due to: Lack of faculty members' numbers at faculties in Saudi universities ( Stevenson and qitaf 2007(

17 Discussion of Results The Difficulties of faculty members of social work using Web 2.0 applications in trainig at health care institutions related to students Difficulty to deal with English language by many students. This may be due to: There is no level of English language for acceptance of students of social work in some Saudi universities. The weakness of students' performance level, (Al-Tabakh et al 2014).

This may be due to: Its high expenses or the weakness of faculty members and technical maintenance of its importance (Mills, et al 2009) and the one of (Gholam et al 2007)

The Difficulties of faculty members of social work using Web 2.0 applications in trainig at health care institutions related to university Most common Difficulties are Not implementing training programs for faculty members about Web 2.0 applications in training This may be due to: the absence of the theoretical side of the Web 2.0 applications in the training programs for faculty members and not to include them within the programs to develop the abilities of faculty members (Amasha's et al 2011) (Al-Hennawy & Al- Najjar's et al 2005)

24 6- Recommendations It is necessary to train faculty members on how to use Web 2.0 applications in social work education. The need to have access to a university education system for social work in the Arab world that uses web applications. Reducing the number of teaching hours for faculty members. Preparing computer labs for faculty members and students. Providing lab assistants to help faculty members and students. To take advantage of the global experiences in the field of recruitment of Web 2.0 applications in the social work. Need to provide a guide to Web 2.0 applications and how to use them in education.

25 7- Proposed research issues
Trends of students of social work and employing of Web 2.0 applications in the educational process and field training. The impact of a proposed training program to train the faculty members in social work on Web 2.0 applications in social work education. Designing an electronic learning system based on some Web 2.0 applications to develop the cognitive achievement of social work students in distance education. Investment of Web 2.0 applications in the field of social marketing for charities . Study the effectiveness of Web 2.0 applications in the development of social skills.
