4. Mutual funds
A fund created for a group of investors to pool their money.
These funds allow the group as a whole to go after larger investments.
Consider a single person may not have enough money to buy 100 shares of Google stock ($ at last glance)
A group of 50 people might have enough money to cover the amount however
A professional takes control over the funds to decided what stocks and bonds to purchase/sell
You do not have to be an expert to invest
But if something goes wrong, all investors will share the pain

Property consisting of land or buildings and the natural resources found therein
Uncultivated flora and fauna
Farmed crops and livestock
Water and mineral deposits
When we had our Monopoly activity, you had to decide if it was worth purchasing the property
But you probably didn’t consider if there were other resources on those slots

You may work with a partner. Make sure both of your names are on the paper.
