Objective of the report
Company has conducted a survey on employee satisfaction. The mentioned data of 500 employees has to be analysed. I am required to examine the responses given by the same employee in the previous year and do the comparative analysis.

Question 1- I think the once a quarter movie outing program has helped me to connect with my coworkers in other departments and get to know new recruits

Interpretation- The previous slide shows the number of employees who have responded in the year 2014 and 2015 for question 1. The bar graph is prepared which specifies the ratings of the 500 employees. Interpretation of the slides from 23 to 32 -
Employees have given the same rating for both the years 2014 & 2015. That means these number of employees were either satisfied with their previous year rating that is why they answered strongly agree/ somewhat agree or they felt dissatisfied for the consecutive year so they answered strongly disagree/ somewhat disagree.

Recommendations For the employees who had the same rating of either strongly agree or somewhat agree for both years in all the 10 questions were considered satisfied with the policies of the company. For the employees who for both the years answered either somewhat disagree or strongly disagree, their need and expectations from the company should be taken into concern else their dissatisfaction may lead to more turnover rate of the company.

Continued…. The employees who have changed their rating from strongly/somewhat agree in 2014 to strongly/somewhat disagree in 2015 are the ones from whom the company can ask the reasons for the same. The company can ask for their feedback about the various HR policies or the workplace environment, and can make the required changes as per their satisfaction needs. The good sign for the company comes from the employees whose ratings have been changed from strongly/somewhat disagree in 2014 to somewhat/strongly agree in Because these employees showed the highest level of satisfaction as compared to previous year. That means for these number of employees company has fulfilled its piece of responsibility.

Continued….. Hence, the company should not always burden their employees with more work, rather they should plan more movie outings because people felt a bit relaxed after these kind of outings. The company should allow them to skip sessions once a quarter. The company should focus more on team engagement with work group of employees. The company is doing great because more employees in 2015 look forward to come back on Monday with enthusiasm. Meeting with the manager , a little conversation also helps the employees to properly communicate any issues they have with anyone or the company .

Continued….. Once a while from the ceo is also somewhere a motivating factor for the employees. They feel connected with the goals of the company. It can be seen from the responses of the employees in question 7 that they are not satisfied with the compensation related issues and HR team has not fulfilled their expectations about the same. So these issues must be resolved within the office premises so that nobody may find discomfort about discussing their salaries with the HR team.
