3. Accessing Exception Screens
After selecting a student you will be on the “Audits” Screen. To access Exception Screens, move the cursor over the menu bar to Exceptions and select “View Exceptions” to see existing Exceptions. Note: Before doing any exceptions, run an audit.

4. View Exceptions Screen
Click anywhere on the exception to make a correction or view details of the exception.

Check the box marked “Select for Deletion” and click in the Delete Exceptions button.

7. To Add an Exception
Select “Add Exception” from the drop down menu.
