Exception Basics DARS provides authorized users a means to override requirements for individual students.

Accessing Exception Screens
After selecting a student you will be on the “Audits” Screen. To access Exception Screens, move the cursor over the menu bar to Exceptions and select “View Exceptions” to see existing Exceptions. Note: Before doing any exceptions, run an audit.

Click anywhere on the exception to make a correction or view details of the exception.

Deleting an Exception Check the box marked “Select for Deletion” and click in the Delete Exceptions button.

To Add an Exception Select “Add Exception” from the drop down menu.
