I am the Regional Operations and Sales Manager for the Retail Division of Sir Fruit Gauteng, with experience managing diverse teams, and multi-million-rand sales. My background in Operations and sales strategies and the implementation of these strategies and the importance of the successful implementation of these strategies render my mindful and competitive approach. I am fueled by my passion for FMCG and the understanding of the nuances of cross-cultural consumers. I consider myself a ‘forever student. My hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to my continual success at Sir Fruit. I have vastly improved the productivity of my team by implementing strategic project management strategies and ensuring a work-life balance for my department. I believe mindfulness in the workplace is key to success – a tenet I live out through my interests in the outdoor, wildlife preservation and most important my family.
