2 2.5 oz Sangue Morlacco Luxardo
COCKTAILS Smoked on the Bridge 1 tbsp of Amaro Nardini 1.5 oz Bitter Nardini ½ oz Whisky 1.5 oz Vermouth Rosso Lemon twist Orange twist Solstizio di Sangue 1 oz Bitter Nardini 2.5 oz Grappa Riserva 40 2.5 oz Sangue Morlacco Luxardo 1.5 oz Honey Mix 1.5 oz Lime juice 5 oz Ginger Beer Raspberries Pour Grappa Riserva 40, Bitter Nardini, Sangue Morlacco Luxardo, Mix Honey, and fresh lime juice into a shaker full of ice. Shake. Top with ginger beer. Pour into a wide vintage glass and garnish with raspberries. Fill a tumbler glass with shredded ice and whisky. Mix and pour off the whisky, keeping the ice so that it tastes smoked. Add the Bitter Nardini, Vermouth Rosso and Amaro Nardini. Stir for 30 seconds. Garnish with twists of lemon and orange.
