Encourages Rotarians to continue contributing and serving.

Sign of appreciation for commitment to a cause larger than personal gain.
Provides positive feedback to Rotarians who serve their communities and the world.

4. Foundation Recognition - Individual
Paul Harris Fellow. Gift of $1,000 to Annual Fund, Polio Plus or an approved global grant.
Multiple Paul Harris Fellow – e.g., PHF+1 = $2,000.
Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member. Annual contribution of $100 or more to the Annual Fund.
Paul Harris Society. Annual contribution of $1,000 or more to Annual Fund, Polio Plus or approved global grant.
Major Donor. Combined giving of $10,000 or more.
Benefactor. Gift of $1,000 or more to the Endowment Fund.
Bequest Society. Commitment Estate plan commitment of $10,000 or more
And so forth …

5. Foundation Recognition - Club
100% Foundation Giving. Average of $100 in per capita giving and 100 percent participation in a club to Annual Fund, Polio Plus or an approved global grant.
100% Paul Harris Fellow Club. Every dues-paying member of the club is a Paul Harris Fellow.
100% Every Rotarian, Every Year (EREY). Minimum Annual Fund contribution of $100 per capita during the Rotary year and every Rotarian contributes at least $25.
Paul Harris Society Club. Every dues-paying member has contributed a minimum of $1,000 during the year.
And so forth …

6. DG Club Visit – Summary (Page 1)

AG and District Admin. Asst. remind Club President of DG visit ≥ 2-3 weeks prior. Club President informs DG about showcases.
AG confirms with DG. Date & DG is the program speaker.
Club Meeting
Include DG in awards at the meeting (e.g., Paul Harris).
Club President showcases 3 great projects of the club and why the club is a great club. Brag. (max 5 min)
President Introduces the Assistant Governor. (max 1 min)
Assistant Governor introduces the District Governor. (max 1 min)
District Governor addresses the club. (15 min. + Questions 5 min.)

Board Meeting.
DG meets with the Club Board (45 to 60 min.)
Purpose: discuss strengths / weaknesses of club (club health), any assistance the club may need from the District, any special projects or partnerships in which the club is interested
AG records action items & key messages
Service Project Tour
DG visits one club service project with the President or his delegate, and other members of the Club Board, or the project coordinating team. (Highly desirable)

9. DG Club Visit Summary (Page 4)
Follow-up: Public Relations / Public Image:
BEFORE: Two (2) weeks prior to DG Visit, President will receive the template for a Press Release.
BEFORE: Club arranges for a photographer to take pictures at the Club Visit/Presentation and the Service Project Tour.
AFTER: News release with Pictures issued: a) Sent to the media, b) sent to the District Governor, and c) sent to the D6270 Administrative Assistant, Colleen Kalscheuer.
AFTER: Publish pictures of the club visit and service project visit, along with a brief story, on the Club Facebook or Web page.
