Represents 50 states, DC, and Puerto Rico
Cities, public works associations, port authorities, county engineers

Modes of travel: Air, Highway, Public Transportation, Rail, Water, and Active Transportation Funding, Planning, Design, Construction, and Maintenance Creates policies, standards, technical guidance, research, training, software, and more………
AASHTO is a think tank
